Responsibilities:

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for organizing, analyzing and reporting on data from large clinical, financial, and enrollment datasets. They will also assist in the design and development of data warehouses, performance dashboards and other systems that support the needs of an integrated network of physicians, safety net providers and hospitals to advance care that is patient centered and data driven. This analyst will act as an Epic subject matter expert for front/back-end Epic reporting development.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare, statistics, experimental research, data science, reporting and analytics, economics, or public health.
  • 3 years’ experience in SQL/T-SQL or Python scripting for programming, writing custom queries, and data manipulation
  • 3 years’ experience with MS Excel with an advanced level of expertise.
  • 2 years’ experience in Tableau or other data visualization tool
  • 2 years’ experience in report development within Epic EMR using Slicer/ Dicer (most utilized), RWB (least utilized), Clarity (most utilized) or Caboodle.
  • Bachelor’s degree | HS Diploma (5 years exp. required)
