Description:
We’re seeking a motivated Junior Cloud Engineer to join our team supporting a leading, healthcare client in their cloud transformation journey. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build your career in Azure cloud technologies while receiving mentorship from talented senior-level engineers and supporting high-level visibility initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure-based solutions for healthcare applications and systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to migrate legacy healthcare IT infrastructure to the Azure platform
- Help configure and manage Azure services
- Contribute to the development of cloud security measures compliant with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Participate in monitoring and optimizing Azure performance and costs
- Assist in troubleshooting Azure-related issues and providing technical support
- Stay updated on emerging Azure technologies and best practices in healthcare IT
- Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related area of study
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Initiative and willingness to learn new technologies and healthcare industry
